Nandipha Magudumana's father wants to challenge Legal Aid's refusal to help him pay for lawyers. Zolile Sekeleni spoke at the Bloemfontein High Court during Tuesday morning hearings. He cannot afford legal fees for the criminal case against his daughter and eight other people. Legal Aid turned down his request for free legal help back in January. The case involves his daughter and convicted killer Thabo Bester.
