Dalung dares feds to out their terror buddies

Former Sports Minister Solomon Dalung demands the Federal Government publish terrorist financier identities to demonstrate genuine commitment against insurgency. The Plateau State politician accused authorities Thursday of repeatedly promising action while failing to prosecute known sponsors despite available evidence. Government officials have chosen distractions over decisive measures, Dalung stated.

Dalung criticized Representative Yusuf Gagdi for opposing state police creation while federal security forces continue failing citizens. Gagdi represents constituencies experiencing attacks and kidnappings without accountability, the former minister noted. Both positions reflect government hypocrisy regarding security solutions.

The politician highlighted unaddressed allegations against Senator Shehu Buba and former Governor Nasiru El-Rufai regarding terrorist connections. Defence Chief Christopher Musa previously promised releasing sponsor names but never followed through. United Arab Emirates reportedly provided Nigerian terrorist sponsor lists that remain unpublished and unprosecuted, Dalung added.
