Dede Ashiogwu denies regional bias in Big Brother Naija Season 10 outcome

Dede Ashiogwu, the first runner-up of Big Brother Naija Season 10, has dismissed allegations of regional bias influencing the outcome of the show. The "Ten Over Ten" edition concluded on Sunday with Imisi emerging as the winner and claiming the N150 million grand prize.

Ossai Ovie Success, Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, accused the show of manipulation, alleging that Dede was denied victory to prevent another Delta native from winning after Kellyrae's triumph in the previous season. He also threatened legal action, claiming "rigged voting."

At the prize presentation ceremony on Tuesday, Dede rejected these claims, stating that Imisi’s win was legitimate, based on the highest number of votes. She also expressed her plans to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, particularly in acting, promising to bring fresh and exciting talent.
