Delay unloads on Accra's Adom FM after a year of unpaid graveyard shifts

Television host Deloris Frimpong Manso revealed allegations against Adom FM during her interview with Akumaa Mama Zimbi. The media personality claims the radio station failed to compensate her throughout an entire year of broadcasting. Manso worked overnight shifts from 1 a.m. until 4 a.m. before sleeping on studio carpeting until 6 a.m. The presenter walked daily between Community 2 and Community 5 during this period. Station management terminated her employment without explanation when Mr. Nuamah instructed her not to return.

The entrepreneur believes her dismissal lacked justification since she committed no workplace violations. Manso suggests her departure from Adom FM ultimately benefited her career trajectory. The business owner attributes such professional setbacks to divine intervention that prepares individuals for future opportunities. She maintains that her subsequent success validates the difficult early career experience. The television personality uses her story to demonstrate how apparent misfortune can redirect people toward better circumstances.
