Diddy's release has been pushed to June 2028

The music executive known as Diddy will serve additional time in prison after his scheduled release from the Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institute was postponed. His new release date is now set for early June 2028.

This extension follows reports of the inmate violating institutional regulations, including allegations of creating an unauthorized alcoholic beverage and participating in a prohibited three-way phone call. His representatives have characterized these claims as exaggerated, stating he was unaware of the specific rules.

Diddy is currently serving a sentence following his conviction on two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution. As part of his sentencing, he must also pay a fine and complete mandated treatment programs. His legal team continues to pursue options for an earlier release.
