Dipika and Shoaib share cozy throwback vibes, love still strong

The TV couple Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim posted a romantic clip online. In the video, Kakar wears traditional Indian clothing with a coat over it, seeming lost in thought. Her husband, Shoaib, then holds her hand, their fingers laced together, and lets her lean on his shoulder. They used an old song called Tera Mera Pyaar Amar for the background, with Kakar captioning the post Mera Sukoon.

The pair first met about ten years ago, acting together on the popular show Sasural Simar Ka, playing a married couple on screen. That connection turned into a real relationship. They dated for roughly five years before getting married in a Nikah ceremony in Shoaib's hometown of Maudaha. After the wedding, Kakar converted to Islam and took the name Faiza.

They had their first child, a son named Ruhaan, last year. They shared the news on social media, expressing thankfulness for the baby after five years of marriage. The two have said negative comments about her religious conversion do not bother them, emphasizing mutual respect in their relationship. They are considered one of television's most popular couples, with a widely followed YouTube channel showing their family life. Their videos often feature their young son and daily activities.
