Environmental authorities launched enforcement operations nationwide targeting noise and air pollution violations. Officials conducted surprise inspections at multiple sites while measuring pollution levels against established legal standards. Mobile courts accompanied teams during these coordinated enforcement activities.

Authorities imposed a 5,000 taka fine for exceeding permitted sound levels during piling operations. Site supervisors received warnings about operating loud machinery after 7 PM. Diesel vehicle emissions underwent testing in Tikatuli using specialized opacity meters. One bus operator paid 2,000 taka after failing emission standards.

Highway enforcement teams targeted vehicle noise violations along the Dhaka-Aricha route near Manikganj. Four vehicle operators faced prosecution under noise control regulations. Officers collected 10,000 taka in fines while confiscating ten hydraulic horns. These operations demonstrate the government's commitment to environmental protection through active monitoring.
