Dorcas Moyo eyes 2026 clapback as trolls keep typing

Award-winning gospel singer Dorcas Moyo is done taking trash from online trolls. She described a difficult period where relentless cyberbullying deeply affected her, though it ultimately strengthened her resolve. The artist specifically cited hurtful false claims about a fictional affair with another musician. She warned those spreading lies that legal action is being considered with her management team.

Moyo emphasized the need for responsible social media use, stating that malicious posts have a real human impact. Despite the harassment, she confirmed work has begun on a new album. The singer also plans to continue her series of collaborations with artists across genres, having previously worked with Alick Macheso.

Her previous album launch featured performances by major stars like Leonard Zhakata and Suluman Chimbetu, highlighting her industry connections. Moyo views musical collaboration as a shared creative mission regardless of genre. She remains focused on her career, aiming to build upon her existing collection of local and regional awards.
