Druckmann fawns over new JRPG Clair Obscur Expedition 33

Neil Druckmann finished playing the new video game Clair Obscur and loved every minute of it. The famous game maker posted his thoughts about the French role-playing game on social media. Druckmann creates games at Naughty Dog and made The Last of Us series popular around the world. He called the story moving and creative after beating the entire adventure. The industry leader recently stepped away from the HBO television show to focus on making more games.

Clair Obscur became one of the most popular new games this year across all platforms. The French studio Sandfall Interactive created this fantasy adventure that takes about 40 hours to finish completely. Players bought over 3.3 million copies during the first month after release. Game Pass subscribers can also play it without paying extra money. Critics have been giving the role-playing game very high scores and positive reviews.

Francesco De Meo wrote a detailed review and gave Clair Obscur a near-perfect score of 9.5 out of 10 points. He praised how well the story flows and develops throughout the long journey. The characters make strong connections with players through excellent writing and voice acting performances. Charlie Cox, Jennifer English, and Ben Starr brought the digital characters to life with their talented voices. The reviewer said the emotional story leaves players feeling satisfied but drained after the epic adventure ends.
