Dvalishvili breaks Cory Sandhagen, record at UFC 320

Alex Pereira reclaimed the light heavyweight title at UFC 320 on Sunday with a first-round technical knockout victory over Magomed Ankalaev. The Brazilian fighter landed a left hook that staggered Ankalaev before delivering a right hand that dropped him to the canvas. Pereira followed with ground strikes until the referee stopped the bout.

Merab Dvalishvili successfully defended his bantamweight championship for the third time this year by defeating Cory Sandhagen via unanimous decision. The Georgian fighter pressured Sandhagen throughout the contest with relentless takedowns and cage control. Dvalishvili became the first UFC athlete to record 100 career takedowns.

Jiri Prochazka knocked out Khalil Rountree Jr. in the late rounds. Youssef Zalal submitted Josh Emmett with a first-round armbar in one minute and 38 seconds. Joe Pyfer defeated Abus Magomedov by rear-naked choke in the second round, but Jakub Wiklacz won a split decision against Patchy Mix.
