Former West Indies cricket star Dwayne Bravo expressed strong approval for the World Championship of Legends during his tournament debut. The retired all-rounder highlighted the competition's future growth potential after returning to cricket following a year-long absence. Bravo developed a meaningful relationship with West Indies Champions owner Ajay Sethi, whom he described as humble and passionate. Sethi reciprocated these feelings, comparing their instant bond to a decades-long friendship. The tournament also reunited former Chennai Super Kings players during birthday celebrations.

Bravo credited the Indian Premier League with transforming modern cricket both financially and technically for all participants. He takes pride in representing two highly successful IPL franchises throughout his career.
