Dying Light, Gears of War get new NVIDIA DLSS updates

NVIDIA announced new game compatibility for its DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Generation technology alongside several graphics enhancement features. Dying Light The Beast received an accelerated release date of September 18 and supports the complete suite of NVIDIA enhancements. The company reports that RTX 50 Series card users can achieve frame rate increases of 7.6 times when playing at 4K resolution. Players using RTX 5090 graphics cards at 1440p resolution can expect performance gains reaching 5 times normal output. The technology enables frame rates exceeding 400 frames per second under optimal conditions.

Additional titles receiving DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Generation support comprise Mistfall Hunter during its closed beta phase and Farming Simulator 25 through current updates. Jump Space will launch September 19 with DLSS Super Resolution capabilities for early access participants. Gears of War Reloaded gains both DLSS Super Resolution and DLAA enhancement features through recent patches. Previous releases that adopted these technologies were Hell is Us, Cronos The New Dawn, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Order of Giants expansion.
