A non-profit organization in Parys will hold an event to help students apply for government financial aid. The Edgar Legoale Foundation is organizing a National Student Financial Aid Scheme application assistance drive at the Master Nakedi Indoor Sports Centre in Tumahole.
The initiative aims to guide applicants through the submission process before the imminent deadline. Foundation manager Nthabiseng Molejane stated the goal is to make the application procedure simpler and more accessible, particularly for first-time applicants. Attendees can receive one-on-one support with their online submissions and document verification.
Students are encouraged to bring all required certified documents, including identification and proof of household income, to the event. The foundation focuses on youth empowerment and creating educational opportunities through such community-based programs.
