Essar Energy Transition, through its retail arm Essar Energy Transition Retail, has signed an agreement with Harvest Energy (Dealerships) Limited to oversee fuel delivery to 47 dealer-owned and operated forecourts across the United Kingdom. The move follows the closure of the Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery and aims to ensure a steady and reliable fuel supply to affected Harvest dealers.
As one of four UK refineries that manufacture and deliver fuel nationwide, Essar Energy Transition will supply from its Stanlow refinery and regional terminals in Kingsbury, Northampton, Essex, and Grangemouth. The partnership supports the company’s plan to grow a national network of Essar-branded retail outlets.
Executive Director Arvan Ruia said the agreement strengthens EET Retail’s expansion efforts and customer focus. CEO Deepak Maheshwari added that the company’s integrated operations reinforce fuel security across the country.
