Eventide released Temperance Pro, a reverb plugin that costs $179 for macOS and Windows systems in VST3, AU and AAX formats. The company launched the software after distributing Temperance Lite at no cost through December.
The plugin adds advanced note and temper controls that adjust texture and movement through modal reverb technology. Engineers have access to 29 custom spaces and more than 120 presets, along with sequence mode and MIDI control features. The software targets specific reflections to shape reverb characteristics.
