Farouk Kibet Warns Against Funding Protests as Leaders Tout Unity, Projects

President Ruto's top aide Farouk Kibet fired a warning shot at people pumping cash into violent street protests. He told troublemakers their money schemes would fail miserably during a women's meeting in Taita Taveta County. The government official said these financial backers should spend their resources helping women build businesses instead. Kibet promised the Kenya Kwanza team would never let chaos tear down their administration. He stressed that Kenya remains united regardless of tribal differences.

Deputy President Kithure Kindiki showed up at the same event and talked about massive development projects hitting the region. He mentioned a huge road construction project connecting Taveta and other areas that will cost 9.4 billion shillings. The government plans to build 1,000 new houses in Taveta Town for 2.2 billion shillings. Kindiki revealed that officials are setting up a land registry office to solve property disputes that have dragged on for years. The county will also receive 580 additional housing units for medical college students.

Kindiki announced that 767 million shillings will bring electricity to remote homes across the county. The government already paid out 3.8 billion shillings to people hurt by wild animals. Several top government officials attended the gathering to show support for women's empowerment programs. Kindiki slammed opposition politicians for using empty promises to distract from real development work. The leadership team vowed to keep pushing forward with projects that actually help ordinary Kenyans.
