Farouk Kibet leads Sh7m women empowerment initiative in West Pokot

President Ruto's helper Farouk Kibet started a special program for poor women around West Pokot. He wants to keep the promises Kenya Kwanza made before winning the election. Women from the area will receive seven million shillings from government leaders. The money came from a big meeting at Sigor Centre where many important people gathered.
