Geza cancels protest over bomb plot claims

Blessed Geza suddenly canceled protests meant to push President Emmerson Mnangagwa out of office. The war veteran claims government agents planned to frame him as a terrorist. He says he learned from secret sources that Major Sean Mnangagwa, thought to be related to the president, wanted to plant bombs around the country and blame Geza for these attacks.

Just hours earlier, Geza had boldly stated he would force Mnangagwa from power. People wonder if he backed down because he feared for his safety or faced pressure from rival groups inside ZANU PF. His retreat from protest plans shows the growing splits between different ZANU PF groups, especially those supporting Mnangagwa versus those backing Vice President Constantino Chiwenga.

Word has spread that Mnangagwa plans to push Chiwenga aside and replace him with businessman Kudakwashe Tagwirei. This rich businessman has deep ties to powerful politicians and controls large parts of the fuel, mining, and farming industries. Many believe Tagwirei wants to become president of Zimbabwe someday. Geza and others say the power struggle reveals corruption among Mnangagwa's friends, including Tagwirei, who uses money for political gain.

Other allies include Wicknell Chivhayo, who gets many government contracts, and Scott Sakupwanya, a gold trader who benefits from political connections. The canceled protests caused mixed feelings among supporters. Some trust Geza's claims about the bomb plot, but others think military or party leaders forced him to stop the protests. The fighting inside ZANU PF keeps getting worse.

These accusations suggest that Mnangagwa feels increasingly threatened. Even though the protests stopped, the anger remains. Pressure against Mnangagwa keeps building, and people will challenge him again. The political scene in Zimbabwe looks shakier every day. Nobody knows if Mnangagwa will keep control or if enemies inside or outside ZANU PF will try again to remove him.

Geza stepped away for the moment, but his warnings about fake terrorism charges will make people trust Mnangagwa even less. As fights continue, everyone asks if all this anger inside ZANU PF might bring real change or just another power grab that ignores what regular Zimbabweans want and need. The battle between powerful politicians leaves everyday citizens watching from the sidelines yet again.
