Speaking at a conference in Baku, Azerbaijan, he detailed Ghana's active participation in the council since 2002. The minister also endorsed the re-election of Ing. Edmund Yirenkyi Fianko to the Radio Regulations Board, praising his technical expertise in spectrum management.
