GoldStars boss vows Kabylie revenge after Accra flop

Bibiani GoldStars chief executive Akwasi Adu maintains confidence despite his team's 2-0 home loss against Algerian opponents JS Kabylie in Champions League preliminary action. The Ghana Premier League titleholders suffered defeat at Accra Sports Stadium during the first encounter. Adu believes his squad can reverse the outcome when they travel to Algeria for the second meeting. Strategic preparations continue as the club works to motivate players for the away challenge.

The return match takes place Sunday at Hocine Aït Ahmed Stadium in Tizi Ouzou with an evening kickoff at 1900 hours Greenwich Mean Time. GoldStars dispatched their advance party Thursday as preparations intensify for the decisive fixture. The traveling delegation features ten technical staff members who departed Ghana ahead of the squad. Management expects the team can overcome the two-goal deficit through tactical adjustments and improved performance.
