Google's Pixel 10 Pro uses the same camera, adds an AI coach

Google presented the Pixel 10 series at the Made by Google event, featuring enhanced photography capabilities and performance upgrades. The company introduced the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL alongside the new Tensor G5 chip. Each device maintains Google's distinctive glass-back design with aluminum frames. The base model displays 6.3-inch screens reaching 3,000 nits brightness while Pro variants achieve 3,300 nits through Super Actua Display technology.

Camera systems receive substantial improvements despite identical hardware from previous generations. The new image signal processor and enhanced autofocus algorithms deliver superior video capture and low-light performance. Standard Pixel 10 models gain 10.8MP telephoto lenses with 5x optical zoom capabilities. All devices support 10-bit HDR video recording as the default setting.

The Tensor G5 processor powers each device with 12GB RAM for base models and 16GB for Pro variants. Battery capacity reaches 4,970mAh for standard models and extends beyond 5,200mAh for Pro XL versions. Pricing begins at $799 with August 28 shipping dates.
