G.Skill created new memory that runs at 8400 MT/s despite its large 128 GB size. This marks a breakthrough for RAM makers since reaching such speeds with high capacity has been hard to achieve. G.Skill tested the Trident Z5 NEO RGB memory on an ASUS motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor.
The RAM passed stability tests with timings of CL44-58-58-94, making it ideal for tasks like AI development and content creation. This represents a 400 MT/s improvement over their previous 128 GB kit released just last month. G.Skill recently made a 256 GB kit running at 6000 MT/s with CL32 timing as another milestone.
