Heather Burns Demands Miss Congeniality 3 with Bullock

Heather Burns wants to make another Miss Congeniality movie. The actress played Cheryl from Rhode Island back during 2000. She told People magazine she would love to do a third film. Burns said the first two movies were some of the best times she ever had making films. She stayed friends with Sandra Bullock and other actors from the cast.

Burns went to a film festival with Melissa De Sousa recently. De Sousa played Miss New York during the original movie. The actress said working with Bullock created friendships that last forever. Burns called the whole experience a dream come true. She promised she would jump at any chance to make a third movie.

The original Miss Congeniality starred Bullock as an FBI agent. Her character had to pretend she was a beauty contest winner. The movie also had Benjamin Bratt and William Shatner as stars. Warner Bros made the film during the early 2000s. Critics gave mixed reviews but audiences loved the comedy.

Benjamin Bratt thinks the movie stays popular because of Bullock. He said she was not afraid to act silly on camera. The actor believes people relate to her character's problems. Audiences have watched the film for 25 years and still enjoy it.
