Armed cattle herders attacked Agan village near Makurdi during Thursday evening hours. Several people died and many others suffered injuries during the violent raid. The attackers fired guns randomly and burned down local homes. Agan sits just minutes away from Benue State capital city. Community members ran away to save their lives from the dangerous situation.
