Honda Fit cut in on Seke Road triggers Nissan crush, Hunyani Bridge

A Honda Fit driver's alleged reckless maneuver sparked the fatal Seke Road collision that claimed seventeen lives near Hunyani Bridge at Water Works. The car reportedly cut into the haulage truck's lane, forcing the truck operator to make an emergency swerve. The truck crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a commuter omnibus traveling in the opposite direction. Rescue workers discovered the completely flattened kombi trapped beneath the truck's weight. The massive impact killed all passengers instantly.

Three survivors remain hospitalized in critical condition following the devastating crash.
