Five big stars will play at Electric Picnic this August. Today, they announced Hozier, Chappell Roan, Fatboy Slim, Kings of Leon, and Sam Fender as headliners. This huge Irish music festival will take place from August 29 to 31 in Stradbally, County Laois. Fans already grabbed all tickets months ago for the country's biggest music event.
Hozier comes back to play Friday night along with Chappell Roan, who just won a Grammy as her fame shot sky-high. Sam Fender hits the main stage Saturday, fresh off his number one third album. The famous DJ Fatboy Slim follows him with hits like Praise You. Kings of Leon rounds out the lineup with their first-ever Electric Picnic show on Sunday.
Last year, more than 75,000 music lovers packed into Stradbally for the festival. The 2024 show brought Kylie Minogue, Noah Kahan, Calvin Harris, The Wolfe Tones, and Kneecap. The Wolfe Tones broke attendance records at the Electric Tent the year before. All tickets for 2025 disappeared last August, right after the 2024 festival ended.
Electric Picnic thanks repeat visitors with cheaper tickets through their loyalty plan. People who came before pay less when they return to the three-day festival. You can still find some general tickets, family camping passes, and spots for campervans or caravans. These remaining tickets sell fast with limited numbers left.
