He is a litigation partner with over twenty-five years of experience in messy corporate fights. His resume includes banking lawsuits, fraud cases, and antitrust battles. The firm also grabbed Stephen Penson, a practice manager from another barristers' chambers.
Scully becomes the sixth partner at the disputes-focused boutique. He spent his whole career at Clifford Chance, making partner there a decade ago. His work involves cross-border courtroom brawls and shareholder arguments. He handles post-merger squabbles and insolvency claims too.
