Mwirigi shared the news at a school. He was giving money to help students pay for school.
People who live in Kiegoi and Antubochiu are happy. They said the new center will make a big difference and bring government services closer to them.
Right now, people have to travel far away to get help—to Meru Town. This takes a lot of time and money.
Mwirigi said the new center will change that. People will no longer have to go on long trips, and they can save time and money.
The center will offer many services. People can get IDs, birth certificates, and driver's licenses there. They can also get CRB forms and other important papers.
Building the center will start in January. It will help people in five different areas near Igembe South.
