Southern nations can develop value chains that prioritize local interests when corridors reflect regional strengths.

Infrastructure development alone cannot guarantee success without human resources. Capacity building serves as the primary catalyst for cooperation between southern countries. Global South nations face a decision between passive adaptation to external regulations and active creation of systems reflecting their goals and circumstances.
