The Indian Women's Association gave lots of helpful things to six special places that care for people in Zimbabwe. They shared these gifts at a nice meeting at India House. These places help many different people, such as children without homes, older people who need care, and people with disabilities.

The group's leader, Shraddha Prajapati, talked about how much they want to help people in Zimbabwe. She said the group has many mothers who really care about helping children, women, and older people. They have already helped more than 69 places by giving them food, warm blankets, and other important things they need.

The group's secretary, Mrs Nalini Devchand, said they want to make people smile during February, which many people call the month of love. One of the places that received help was very happy. Mrs Theresa Nyava-Machadu runs a group that helps girls have what they need when they have their periods. She said this help will make a big difference for girls who live in small villages.

The Indian Women's Association started helping people in Zimbabwe in 1995. Today, it has 60 kind ladies who work together with the Indian Embassy in Harare. They work hard to make life better for people who need extra help.
