Indonesia and Ghana explore energy collaboration with focus on oil sector

Indonesia wants to work with Ghana on oil and gas projects. The Indonesian representative met with Ghana's top oil official to talk about business deals. Indonesian companies have lots of experience finding oil both underwater and on land.

Ghana has many open areas where companies can look for oil. These spots include deep ocean waters and places on the coast. The Ghanaian official said she likes the idea of working together.

Indonesia offers scholarships for Ghanaian students to study engineering. The Indonesian representative suggested that Ghana's oil workers could train at Indonesian schools. This would help Ghana build up its energy workforce.

Ghana will host a major African oil conference for the first time. The Indonesian representative promised to tell Indonesian companies about this event. He encouraged them to come and show what they can do.

Indonesia has more than 280 million people living across thousands of islands. The country knows how to run successful oil and gas businesses. Both countries think they can help each other grow their energy industries and make money together.
