Iqbal says judges and generals handed Pakistan to an amateur

Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhry participated in a Narowal ceremony alongside Punjab Bait-ul-Mal Chairman Khawaja Muhammad Waseem. The officials distributed financial compensation to wheat cultivators through the government support initiative. Chaudhry praised agricultural workers as dedicated guardians of national food security. The minister emphasized farmers' consistent success in maintaining adequate grain supplies despite facing numerous obstacles. He highlighted their essential role in sustaining Pakistan's nutritional independence.

The federal official reported successful navigation through recent economic difficulties facing the nation. Government policies reduced inflation rates from 24 percent to 4 percent within twelve months. Chaudhry criticized previous administration performance under PTI leadership between 2018 and 2022. He blamed judicial and military figures for enabling inexperienced leadership during that period. The minister accused former Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar of halting provincial development initiatives.

Chaudhry announced several completed projects benefiting Narowal residents. The University of Engineering and Technology campus opened alongside a new medical college facility. Future plans involve establishing an agricultural education institution and improving transportation infrastructure. The government will dispatch 1,000 farming specialists to China for advanced training programs. Officials acknowledged Pakistan's suboptimal crop production rates and emphasized adopting modern cultivation methods, superior seed varieties, and contemporary equipment to enhance agricultural output.
