ISWAP raids Yobe villages, nabs driver, loots clinic

ISWAP just hit two villages in Yobe, leaving a trail of violence and theft. Suspected terrorists coordinated attacks on Ja Jibiri and Ladu. A counterinsurgency expert, Zagazola Makama, posted details about the raid. The village head of Ja Jibiri, Lawan Hassan, was shot in the shoulder. He is 45 years old.

The attackers then moved to Ladu village. There, they kidnapped a 40-year-old driver named Madu Kura. He was driving a Toyota Hilux. They also broke into the local Primary Health Care Medical Centre. The group stole medical supplies and other items. They took off with a golf cart as well. The injured village head was taken to Geidam Hospital for treatment. Security forces in the area are now on high alert. They are monitoring the situation and trying to find the terrorists.
