Jodhpur school treats kids to PM Modi birthday film

Educational institutions across India commemorated Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday through special programs. PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya in Jodhpur screened a biographical film about the Prime Minister for students. Principal Ashok Kumar endorsed the initiative as beneficial for student development. Students Rajni and Priyanshi Bhati expressed positive reactions to the 30-minute presentation. The school administration emphasized teaching students to prioritize national service over personal interests.

Modi was born on September 17, 1950, in Vadnagar, Gujarat, to modest circumstances. His father, Damodardas, operated a tea stall near the railway station, while his mother, Heeraben, managed household duties. At seventeen, Modi departed home to explore India before joining the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The organization shaped his service-oriented philosophy through the teachings of Swami Vivekananda. Modi married Jashodaben in 1968 and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in 1985, serving as Gujarat Chief Minister from 2001 to 2014 before becoming India's fourteenth Prime Minister.
