New wave artist Joe Jackson will release Hope And Fury, marking a shift back to his signature sound after 2023's theatrical concept album. The musician recorded the project in New York alongside longtime collaborators and producer Patrick Dillett, with promotional materials describing it as a return to his mainstream style rather than another experimental departure. The nine-track record includes songs such as Welcome To Burning-by-Sea and Fabulous People.
Jackson has scheduled an extensive international tour beginning May 11 in Poughkeepsie and continuing through North American venues including the Beacon Theatre in New York on July 18. The trek resumes in September with European dates spanning Ireland, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands before concluding December 1 in Amsterdam at Royal Theatre Carré.
