David Kamulindwa captured his third tournament victory this season after winning the Kinyara Golf Open in Masindi with a four-under-par performance across two rounds on the challenging nine-hole layout. The professional golfer finished with a total of 138 strokes following an opening 72 and a second-round 66 that featured seven birdies, securing the top share of the 10 million shilling prize fund ahead of Grace Kasango and Marvin Kibirige.

Joseph Cwinya-ai dominated amateur competition with a 54-hole score of 214 to claim the gross category title, while Meron Kyomugisha won the women's division after posting 234 strokes. Kamulindwa previously earned victories at the Watoto Open and Entebbe Open before his Kinyara success, which marked his first title at the Masindi venue.
