Kanye West has started releasing songs from his upcoming album Bully after months of delays. The rapper shared three tracks on streaming platforms: Preacher Man, Beauty and the Beast, and Damn. He told fans through text messages that he would release five songs one day and five more the next day. The album was supposed to come out on June 15 for his daughter North West's birthday but that did not happen. West said he is still working on finishing the complete album.
The Bully rollout has been confusing for fans who want the full record. West actually released the entire album back in March with a short movie on social media and YouTube. He removed all of that content from those platforms and Apple Music shortly after posting it. The three new songs are available on Spotify and YouTube but not on Apple Music right away.
West plans to keep releasing small groups of songs over several days instead of dropping everything at once. This approach frustrates many listeners who prefer getting complete albums. The rapper has a history of changing release dates and pulling music from streaming services. Fans hope he will stick to his current plan and release all the Bully tracks soon without more delays or changes.
