This new factory area sits near a river called Nyabarongo. The place is big, covering 73 hectares of land. The people who own land there can build their factories or sell their land to others who want to build something. Some of the land will be used for roads and other things everyone needs.
The factories in this area must be clean and safe. People can build places to make food, bake bread, store building materials, make furniture, and fix cars. They can also build places to keep things safe and clean clothes. The minister said they need money to build roads and other important things. They still need to figure out how much it will cost to bring water and electricity.
The government wants to help more businesses grow in Rwanda. They plan to give out lots of land across the country over the next 30 years. Right this minute, many factories are already working hard in different parts of Rwanda. The government spent lots of money to build special places for these factories.
