King Mohammed VI orders massive aid shipment to Gaza on Throne Day

King Mohammed VI of Morocco authorized emergency assistance for Palestinian populations on July 30, 2025, with particular focus on Gaza residents. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates announced this directive through an official statement. The timing coincided with Throne Day celebrations and demonstrated the monarch's consistent advocacy as Al-Quds Committee Chairman. Morocco allocated approximately 180 tons of essential supplies for this humanitarian mission. The shipment contains food staples, infant formula, children's necessities, medical supplies, and surgical instruments designed for vulnerable groups.

Additional items comprise protective blankets, shelter tents, and supplementary equipment for displaced families. Special transportation arrangements will ensure swift and direct distribution to Palestinian recipients. This assistance represents Morocco's ongoing solidarity with Palestinian communities and reinforces the kingdom's persistent dedication to their cause.
