Lenovo ThinkPads Go AI Beast Mode for Pros

Lenovo showed off new ThinkPad devices for modern workers like content makers, engineers, office staff, and remote teams. The lineup features Copilot+ PCs such as ThinkPad P14s Gen 6 AMD and ThinkPad P16s Gen 4 AMD mobile workstations. It also adds new ThinkPad L Series business laptops and more ThinkPad X1 Aura Editions. These computers help with AI work needs, green goals, and flexible work styles.

The ThinkPad P14s AMD is Lenovo's lightest mobile workstation, weighing just 3.06 pounds. Both P14s and P16s come with AMD Ryzen AI PRO 300 Series chips up to Ryzen AI 9 HX PRO 370. These processors deliver 50 NPU TOPS for AI tasks and multitasking. The workstations support up to 96 GB of memory for big data sets and complex projects. These Copilot+ PCs optimize AI workflows with better performance and longer battery life.

All new ThinkPads feature better cameras, Dolby Atmos sound, and Wi-Fi 6E/7 support. Users can replace many parts, such as batteries and keyboards. The redesigned ThinkPad L13 Gen 6 has a smaller body with cleaner edges and a bigger screen area. Its top cover is made of 50% recycled aluminum.

Lenovo gives customers platform choices with Intel Core Ultra 200U and 200H processors or AMD Ryzen AI PRO 300 Series chips. The L14 and L16 support up to 64 GB of memory and 2 TB of storage. The smaller L13 models handle up to 32 GB of memory and 1 TB of storage. These options fit different user needs from basic office work to heavy tasks.

The ThinkPad P14s AMD starts at $1,579 and arrives in May 2025. The P16s AMD costs from $1,619 and also arrives in May. L Series models launch in June, with prices ranging from $1,209 to $1,669. X1 Aura Editions with Intel Core Ultra 200 chips start at $2,269 for the Carbon and $2,399 for the 2-in-1, both arriving in April 2025.
