LeT is secretly rebuilding Muridke HQ as Islamabad funds Markaz revival

Pakistani terror organization Lashkar-e-Taiba secretly rebuilds its main compound after Indian military forces demolished the structure months earlier. Intelligence reports reveal that Maulana Abu Zar and Yunus Shah Bukhari direct the reconstruction efforts at Markaz Taiba in Muridke. The group shifted training operations to alternate facilities in Bahawalpur and Patoki while planning restoration. Leaders target February 5, 2026, for the facility's reopening to coincide with Kashmir Solidarity Day celebrations.

Pakistan's government allocated four crore rupees as initial support, while the total restoration costs approach fifteen crore rupees. The organization supplements funding through fraudulent flood relief campaigns that redirect donations toward construction expenses. Pakistani Rangers assist operatives during staged charity events to maintain public deception. Multiple proxy groups allow the state to deny direct involvement in cross-border violence while supporting terrorist infrastructure rebuilding efforts.
