Liberty Kenya Donates Computers and Classroom Furniture to RVIST Primary School

Liberty Kenya presented desktop computers, laptops and early childhood chairs valued at 350,000 shillings to RVIST Primary School. The educational facility operates within Nakuru County boundaries. Each computer contains Scratch software that Massachusetts Institute of Technology created for teaching young students. The visual programming platform helps children learn coding through simple interfaces that build logic and creative thinking abilities. This donation supports Curriculum Based Education goals for developing computer skills among early learners.

The insurance company also provided specially designed chairs for young students. These ergonomic seats help children stay comfortable and focused during classroom activities. Educational research demonstrates that proper learning environments at early stages create better long-term academic results. Liberty Kenya made this contribution as part of their sustainability programs that match global education and equality goals. The donation reduces educational gaps that often start at elementary levels.

RVIST serves as both a technical training center and community institution that recently received National recognition status. Many primary school students come from families of RVIST staff members and nearby residents. Group CEO Kieran Godden stated that quality education requires proper tools from the beginning. He emphasized the company's commitment to reducing digital divides and helping Kenyan youth succeed in modern environments. Principal Eric Owino expressed gratitude for the technology support that will enhance student learning and global competitiveness.
