Mahindra Logistics net loss widens to Rs 9.44 crore in Q1 despite Mumbai revenue rise

Mahindra Logistics recorded deeper financial losses during the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. The Mumbai-based firm posted a net deficit of Rs 9.44 crore compared with Rs 5.29 crore from the preceding quarter. Operating revenue climbed 3.54 percent to reach Rs 1,624.59 crore against the previous period's Rs 1,569.51 crore. Total income advanced 3.69 percent to Rs 1,629.66 crore while expenses expanded at a faster 4.12 percent rate to Rs 1,635.44 crore. Higher operational costs and employee compensation drove the expense increases.

The logistics company serves more than 400 corporate customers across automotive, engineering, consumer goods and e-commerce sectors. Mahindra Logistics operates through an asset-light business model that emphasizes technology-driven solutions rather than fleet ownership. The firm provides employee transportation services through Alyte and Meru brands alongside freight forwarding operations for air, ocean and project cargo. The company maintains global operations through subsidiaries and partnerships in the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
