Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Sabbir Faiz approved the action following separate applications submitted by the Anti-Corruption Commission targeting the retired jurist along with ex-minister Tipu Munshi, his spouse Irene Malabika Munshi, former state minister Md Shahriar Alam, Dr Md Enamur Rahman, former lawmaker Md Mujibul Haque and Golam Faruk Khondaker Prince.
