McTominay's rise at Napoli fuels Premier League interest

Napoli midfielder Scott McTominay has emerged as a transfer target for Manchester United and Arsenal following his strong performances under manager Antonio Conte. The 28-year-old Scotland international has registered four goals and two assists across 15 appearances since joining from United last summer.

Club president Aurelio De Laurentiis has established a £60 million asking price for any suitors hoping to pry away the physical midfielder. Arsenal views his versatility as complementary to Declan Rice, while United considers him a solution for midfield balance.

McTominay has settled comfortably into Italian football and remains committed to Conte's project at Napoli. Any departure appears unlikely before the summer of 2026 unless an extraordinary offer materializes.
