Minister Borislav Gutsanov joined a charity event called Fair of Kindness 2025 in Elin Pelin. The city holds this special gathering for the third time. People work together to buy helpful equipment for residents who have trouble moving around. The minister said churches, citizens, and government officials can do good things when they team up. More than 280 people visit the support center each month and receive important care.
The Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration helps children from age one to eighteen. Staff members provide speech therapy, psychology services, and physical therapy to young people who need extra support. The center also offers art therapy and sports programs for kids facing difficult situations. Trained educators work with families to help children succeed. This program connects with the Bulgarian Orthodox Church through a special partnership.

The Labor Ministry gave 370 million leva to support new social programs across the country. Officials also approved money for 250 electric trucks that will help social workers reach more families. More than 2,000 people with disabilities will receive modern devices to make daily life easier.
