Minister mourns fallen driver and bodyguard after tragic crash

Urban and Rural Development Minister James Sankwasa said goodbye to two warrant officers who got killed in a car crash. Lukas Nangolo had been driving for the ministry since March, and George Shiluwa worked security for Sankwasa during the same stretch.

Ministry leadership, staff, and the deputy minister showed up for the vigil honoring both guys.
