The same night, someone attacked Godwin Gomwe's car and house in Zvimba, Mashonaland West. These attacks appear linked to fights inside Zanu PF. The party wants to keep Mnangagwa as leader until 2030 instead of 2028 - a plan they approved at their meeting last year.
