MoonPay has hired Caroline Pham as its chief legal and administration officer. She is departing her position as acting chair of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
Pham will manage all global legal, policy, and administrative operations for the crypto payments company. Her regulatory background includes nearly four years at the CFTC, where she led initiatives like the Digital Asset Markets Pilots Program. Prior to that, she held senior roles at Citigroup.
