Authorities flattened four more structures in KK Park and have taken down 297 illegal buildings out of 635 total across the whole area. They also shipped 278 Chinese people back home through the friendship bridge after catching them running online gambling rings.
Security teams grabbed 248 people during raids in Myawady, with 25 being Chinese nationals and the rest from Myanmar. They confiscated computers and phones from everyone involved. One three-story building got demolished to stop anyone from using it again for fraud stuff.
Since late January, border agents have picked up nearly 13,000 people who snuck into the country illegally, and most got sent back through Thailand. The government treats this crackdown as a top priority and works with neighbors to make sure these scam networks can't set up shop anywhere.
